Noreen Ovadia Wills

Pâtissier Noreen Ovadia Wills, famous for her cakes, pastries and bread, opened a bakery in Washburn in early April. “‘Grown Locally’ and ‘Made from Scratch’ are not just words at Coco but the culmination of a lifetime of eating, tasting, cooking and baking delivered to our customers with the love and respect that such carefully chosen recipes and ingredients deserve. Somewhere between Parisian Boulanger, metro-chic, and Grandma’s kitchen lies the heart and soul of Coco.” Read more about Noreen and Coco pastries, breads and cakes to order.

Travel Green

Coco is Travel Green Wisconsin Certified. The certification stressed that local and organic food products are purchased and used and that all food waste, coffee grounds, and yard waste is composted. It also noted energy efficient remodeling, including new windows and compact fluorescents. Heat from the ovens will be reclaimed to heat residential units in the future.
